How to Order

Step 1

Register your Resort and create your design.

Choose from our pre-made designs, upload your own design, or get in touch about having us design something completely different for you.

Upload any names for the back of your hoodies and we'll do the rest.

Your final order cut off date is determined by the delivery date that you request during registration.

Step 2

Approve the preview and your share the link to your personal online store.

We'll create a preview from the information you've supplied us and let you know when its ready to see.

Finalise your hoodies, and tell your team they're ready to buy! 

Don't forget to purchase your own with your unique organiser 50% off discount code.

Step 3

Sit back and wait for your hoodies to arrive into resort

All hoodies ordered before your predetermined cut off date will be delivered in bulk before you leave.

Any orders placed after your predetermined final order date will automatically be delivered direct to home addresses.

Will my hoodies arrive before we leave?

When setting up your online shop, you will be prompted for the latest possible date that you wish to receive your garms. Any orders placed after 18 working days prior to this date will automatically be sent to home addresses. All orders receieved before this date are guaranteed to arrive in resort on or before your specified 'Requested delivery date'. If for some reason they don't make it to you before you leave, we will forward all outstanding orders onto their respective home addresses free of charge.

Will my hoodies arrive one by one?

No. Orders will be grouped together into one delivery in order to reduce the carbon footprint.

How do I claim my 50% off organiser hoodie?

Once your online shop is up and running, you will receive a notification email with a unique, one time use, discount code, which will reduce the price of any hoodie during the checkout process.

Do you charge a design fee for bespoke designs?

Yes, a small fee will be added onto the cost of each hoody to cover bespoke design costs. This fee depends on numerous factors which we will be happy to negotiate during your initial contact with us.

How does my online shop work?

Once your resort is registered, and you have chosen and approved your garment design, you will be sent a link to your online store. This link can then be shared amongst your staff, who can then purchase their own garments. All garments purchased via this link will be personalised with your chosen design. All orders are then grouped together and delivered in batch to either your resort address or individually to staff home addresses.

Will I need to take payment?

No. All payments are handled through your personal online shop. Payment methods accepted are Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Will my garments look exactly like the preview?

As the preview screen is an automated feature, we cannot guarantee that it is an exact representation of the garms we will produce and should be viewed more as a visual guideline.

Once submitted, your design will be returned to you in the form of a proof, which will be a more accurate representation of how your garms are likely to look. If you are still unhappy with the proof, our designers will work with you to ensure you are happy with the design before anything goes to print.

Can I amend my design once my online shop is live?

Unfortunately not. Any amendments should be made at the proofing stage, as once a your online shop is live, your design may have already sent to be set up for print. If no orders have been placed then it may be possible to amend your design still, in which case, please get in touch to discuss your design.

How should I wash my hoodie?

We want to make sure you get the most wear out of your new garms. To look after them, we recommend you follow our easy wash care guide below.

Please follow these instructions rather than the manufacturer wash care label, as that will not take your printed design into account:

  • Before washing, undo buttons, close zips and check pockets for loose or sharp objects
  • Wash at 30°
  • Wash inside out
  • Do not bleach
  • Wash with similar colours
  • Wash with similar textured garments
  • To avoid excess friction, do not overload washing machine
  • Do not leave in a wet environment
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Lay flat to dry to avoid shrinking
  • Do not dry clean. Chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage the print on your garment
  • Never iron over the imprint
  • Iron on the reverse side using the lowest heat setting
  • For best results wash before use

We expect the customisation to last the lifetime of the garment if this wash care guide is adhered to.
Always read the label and other garment wash care instructions.

What does 'GSM' stand for?

GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter and is used the measure the thickness of the garment material

The higher the GSM number, the thicker the fabric.

A GSM rating can be found in nearly all our product descriptions. For t shirts for example, a lightweight fabric would be around 160gsm and a heavyweight around 200gsm

What positions will my design be printed in?

During the design stage, you are able to select/design a small logo, and a larger layout. These designs will then be used in the following positions:

What printing methods do you use?

We use a heat press method which is extremely hard wearing and is expected to last the lifetime of the garment.

Will my dark logo show up on a dark coloured hoodie?

Of course not silly! However, during the proofing process, our designers will duplicate your logo with an alternative colour so that no matter what colour garm you purchase, your logo will always show up.

Can I return my hoodie if I don't like it?

Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please get in touch and we will try to put it right.

As we supply personalised goods, please be careful to check product size information before placing your order.

How long will it take to setup my online shop?

Once you have signed off your proof, we endeavour to have your online shop live within 48 hours. 

How long will it take you to send me a proof?

This will depend on the complexity of your design however, we endeavour to have your proof uploaded within 48 hours.
